The Sandy Lake 121 Business Center and the surrounding development are positioned
as the new primary entry portal into the City of Coppell. Consequently, the design of this
project received a great deal of participation and interest. Clerestory windows, steel
entry canopy features, undulating wall surfaces, and multiple paint colors were used to create a unique industrial/office facility that met with the City’s high expectations.
This speculative bulk distribution center was designed to be divisible to four tenant spaces.
