SANDY LAKE

The Sandy Lake 121 Business Center and the surrounding development are positioned
as the new primary entry portal into the City of Coppell. Consequently, the design of this
project received a great deal of participation and interest. Clerestory windows, steel
entry canopy features, undulating wall surfaces, and multiple paint colors were used to¬†create a unique industrial/office facility that met with the City’s high expectations.

This speculative bulk distribution center was designed to be divisible to four tenant spaces.
