Azimuth has a long history with the Regent Facility and its multiple building owners. Phase I was the original core and shell building.  Upon completion of Phase I, the building went on to house United Healthcare Group for many years.  Currently, Azimuth is working with YMC, the current building owner, on an extensive remodel of public spaces as well as planning and designing of second generation tenant space on both the first and second floor.
