Lake Vista 7 is designed as a LEED-Silver certified building. The building boasts 2,
two-story entry atriums, Italian porcelain and granite tile entry, natural wood paneling,
and grand staircases to facilitate interfloor traffic. In addition, the bright, open floor plans
with 10-foot ceiling heights maximize natural light.
Azimuth developed the site plan optimally to give the building excellent access and visibility
from S.H. 121 and 1-35. The architecture was meticulously designed to appeal to
image-conscious companies. Extensive regional landscaping surrounds the building.
